About the role, Your Impact

Baxter & Woodman has a rewarding opportunity for a CAD Technician in our Cedar Park, TX office. This position will assist with the design and production of a variety of Municipal facilities and land development projects.

What your day-to-day will look like

• Produce and edit Municipal Water/Wastewater drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Produce and edit land development plans, including site plans, E&S control plans, grading plans, utility plans, and detention and water quality ponds.
• Produce and edit Underground Utility and Infrastructure Plan & Profiles using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Produce and edit various Exhibits.
• Produce, edit, and maintain various details.

Must-haves, what you will bring

• 5 or more years of experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D manipulating Paper Space, Model Space, and Base Drawings, to produce civil engineering plans for water, wastewater, storm water and roadway infrastructure systems.
• Experience using AutoCAD REVIT and/or MEP is a plus.
• Experience with Municipal pump stations, lift stations, and/or treatment facilities is a plus.
• Strong verbal, computer, organizational, and writing skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment on a variety of projects.

Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $32.00-$42.00. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, and certifications.
