Job Description

• We are seeking experience Business Process Consultant (Business Analyst) with expertise in ServiceNow to analyze, design, and optimize business workflows.
• The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, enhance process efficiency, and support the implementation of ServiceNow solutions to drive digital transformation.
• Required: S2P and Shopping Hub experience and catalogue knowledge.

• Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
• Assess current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for automation and optimization.
• Define and document functional requirements, user stories, and process flows for ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and technical teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented.
• Support ServiceNow configuration, customization, and integrations as needed.
• Conduct process validation, UAT coordination, and end-user training.
• Develop and maintain business process documentation to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and ServiceNow administrators.
• Ensure compliance with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other relevant ServiceNow modules.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Process Consultant, preferably with ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules.
• Experience with workflow automation, process mapping, and business process modeling.
• Ability to write detailed functional specifications, business cases, and test scripts.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow configurations and integrations is a plus.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, enterprise IT environment
