Job Description
Our client is seeking a Junior Business Associate Attorney to join their litigation team representing clients across all phases of litigation while contributing to case strategy, legal research, and business development efforts.
What You Can Expect:
Represent clients in all phases of litigation, including court hearings, arbitration proceedings, and mediations.
Help develop and implement effective litigation strategies aligned with clients' objectives and legal requirements.
Perform comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
Draft, review, and finalize legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to ensure timely case progression.
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case developments and legal advice.
Participate in business development activities to expand the firm's client base.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Experience at a law firm as an attorney, law clerk, or paralegal on litigation matters.
3 to 5 years of experience in litigation
Active state bar membership.
Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Benefits:
Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 per year.
