Job Summary We are seeking dedicated Audiologists and Hearing Instrument Specialists to join AudioNova, the fastest‑growing private audiology care group in the United States. The role supports patients with hearing care services and works closely with a team of audiologists and support staff. Responsibilities Perform patient hearing test assessments, analyze results, and recommend treatment and product options. Address patient questions and concerns regarding the benefits and use of hearing aids. Discuss pricing of hearing instruments and present the value of hearing health care. Engage in community outreach to generate new patient referrals. Teach patients how to use new technology to meet their hearing goals. Conduct hearing aid repairs, checks, and cleanings. Perform adjustments to fitted products and comply with company quality standards and guidelines. Ensure smooth office operations with support from clinic staff. Qualifications Hearing Aid Dispensing License in the state of Michigan. Doctorate in Audiology preferred. 3rd and 4th year Audiology externs are encouraged to apply.
