Apartment Maintenance Technician – Cincinnati, OH

Pay: $20–22/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Career Strategies is hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for a community in Cincinnati, OH. This is a great opportunity for a skilled maintenance professional looking for steady, full-time hours.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance
• Perform apartment turns and make-ready units
• Painting, drywall repair, plumbing, and basic electrical
• Appliance troubleshooting and general repairs
• Maintain grounds and overall property appearance

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment maintenance or related experience preferred
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repairs
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Reliable transportation and professional attitude
