We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to work onsite at our apartment community in Apex, NC.

Whether you are turning an apartment to create the perfect move-in experience for new residents or resolving service requests to ensure that our current residents feel at home, every day is filled with new challenges.

At least 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in some form of facilities or building environment
