Fancy Apartments is keen on hiring a skilled Real Estate Agent Apartment Locator to contribute to our sales team's growth. As an Apartment Locator, you'll focus on expanding the Fancy Apartments brand by assisting clients in finding apartments throughout Austin.

Responsibilities :

• Connect with provided warm leads via calls and texts promptly
• Share suitable apartment listings and exceed client expectations
• Maintain consistent follow-up to provide ongoing value
• Guide clients in selecting the right apartment with market expertise
• Conduct in-person tours or facilitate guest-card registration
• Confirm move-in details and ensure accurate invoicing
• Utilize effective sales skills to close a high volume of deals

Qualifications :

• Active Real Estate Agent license is required
• Apartment locating experience preferred or a strong willingness to learn
• Proficient in phone and in-person sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with software tools, content creation, and social media

Details :

• Job Title: Apartment Locator
• Location: Austin, TX
• Schedule: Flexible, Hybrid/Remote
• Compensation: Commission-based (80/20 commission splits for self-generated leads, 50/50 commission splits for company-generated leads)

Job Types : Full-time, 1099 Contractor

Pay : $4,500.00 - $12,000.00 per month
