Build relationships with existing clients and occasionally capitalize on Leads provided & referralsto obtain new prospects (for additional compensation if desired). Email management and follow-up with calls/ emails for the missing information and documentation. Use insurance carrier’s platform & technology timely and accurately Requirements Must speak and write the Albanian & English languages fluently Must pass background check Must pass the Property & Casualty insurance state licensing test and obtain license; must be US based and eligible to work in the US Sales Aptitude & Sales Skills (communication, persuasion, prospecting, outbound calling, negotiation and closing skills) PC Skills including MS Office are required; having a technology-oriented attitude is a must Higher education is a plus Proactive team member,effective collaborator and proactive mindset is a must Ability to organize tasks effectively, manage time, be results-driven and capable of working to tight deadlines 1.
